Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Aurous Labs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Description of Service
Aurous Labs provides an AI inference platform, including API access, model playground, and enterprise dashboard tools. The Service allows users to submit prompts and receive AI-generated outputs ("Inferences").
User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
User Responsibility for Inferences
Aurous Labs does not assume any responsibility for the outputs generated through user Inferences. All AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
You are fully and solely responsible for how you use, distribute, or publish any output generated through the Service. You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies and agree not to rely on them as the sole basis for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety implications.
Prohibited Uses
Generate deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or mislead.
Generate likenesses or voice replicas of individuals without documented consent.
Generate content sexualizing minors or promoting violence and terrorism.
Reverse-engineer, extract, or steal model weights or proprietary technology.
* Breach of Section 5 results in immediate account termination and potential legal escalation.
Intellectual Property
Aurous Labs retains all rights to the platform, technology, and models. You retain ownership of your input prompts. Outputs generated by the Service are provided to you under a non-exclusive license for lawful use only. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs does not infringe third-party rights.
Payment and Subscriptions
The Service is available on a paid subscription basis only. Pricing is as displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Data Handling
We collect account information, usage logs, and prompts you submit. We never use your data to train or improve our models. Data handling is further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Aurous Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Aurous Labs shall not be liable for any losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurous Labs, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: your use of the Service, your Inferences and any outputs you generate, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party's rights.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through mandatory binding arbitration. If arbitration fails to resolve the dispute, either party may pursue litigation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
